01Coaching

Clear thinking for leaders in difficult rooms.

I coach from the practitioner's chair. I have sat in the CHRO seat, signed off pay decisions, delivered restructures, and lived with the results. That is the ground I work from with clients.

My approach is direct and unhurried. We look at what is happening, what you are afraid of getting wrong, and what you can do about it this quarter.

02Who this is for

  • Senior HR leaders

CHROs, VPs and directors carrying culture, pay and people risk at the same time, often without a peer to think out loud with.

  • Executives inside fear-driven cultures

Leaders who can see the decisions being avoided, and who want a way to name them without setting the room alight.

  • Rewards and total rewards practitioners

People designing pay and benefits who need the technical work to survive contact with politics and anxiety.

03How the work runs

  • One to one

A standing conversation, held over months. We work on the situations in front of you, and on how you hold your own steadiness while handling them.

  • Small group

A closed group of senior peers meeting regularly. Useful when the value comes from hearing that others face the same silence.

Every engagement starts with one conversation, at no cost, to see whether I am the right person for what you are carrying. If I am not, I will say so.
